This is the website-hosted version designed for Arkturus/Miss Jane pages. The button now submits decisions directly to Miss Jane for processing, verification, CRM/billing updates, and completion reporting.

Current behavior: Submit sends the decision packet directly to Miss Jane. She processes the actions, verifies CRM/billing/source updates, logs the result, and reports completion back to Kolo. Copy Packet remains only as a fallback.
